Determines Shooter's pattern of conduct was dishonorable and unbecoming, undermining public confidence in the institution and violating necessary order and decorum.

Declares the House District 13 seat previously occupied by Don Shooter vacant, effective upon passage with two-thirds member concurrence on February 1, 2018.
