Reyna Isabel Estrada, born October 31, 2001, died on July 14, 2017, at age 15 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Reyna was killed by her older brother who suffered from untreated mental illness.

She was a bright student and aspiring anesthesiologist who enjoyed sports, reading, beauty pageants, and outdoor activities.

The Arizona House of Representatives expresses sincere regret over her passing and extends sympathies and condolences to her family and friends.

Resolution was unanimously adopted by the House on April 19, 2018, and filed with the Secretary of State on the same date.
