Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 20-829 regarding the composition of directors for corporations governed by the article on insurers.

Removes requirements that directors include representatives of hospitals and physicians for hospital service and medical service corporations.

Requires dental service corporations to have dentists licensed in Arizona who have contracted with the corporation constitute a majority of directors.

Requires optometric service corporations to include optometrists licensed in Arizona who have contracted with the corporation on their board of directors.

Mandates inclusion of general public representatives on the board of directors, excluding healthcare providers and professionals.
