AZ SB1011

Adds new criminal offense for knowingly using or deploying any computer or computer software that conceals its real identity to simulate or impersonate the actions of a human.

Classifies the new computer tampering offense under subsection A, paragraph 9 as a class 6 felony.

Amends section 13-2316 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to include the unauthorized human impersonation provision among existing computer tampering crimes.

Maintains existing venue provisions allowing prosecution in counties where victimized computers are located, where offenses were committed, or where authorized users were denied service.
