Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1962 to explicitly exempt amygdalin (also known as laetrile or vitamin B-17) from federal drug compliance requirements when processed from fruit seeds.

Removes the prohibition on manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, or distributing amygdalin as a nutritional supplement in Arizona.

Repeals Title 36, Chapter 26 of Arizona Revised Statutes entirely, which previously contained restrictions on laetrile distribution.

Allows amygdalin derived from apricot, peach, and plum seeds to be treated as a nutritional supplement rather than a regulated drug or device.
