Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-932 regarding the perfection and validity of health care provider liens.

Requires health care providers to record liens within 30 days of providing services (or within 30 days of hospital discharge) and mail copies to the injured person and liable parties within 5 days.

Establishes that liens recorded after the initial deadline remain effective against final settlements or judgments only if recorded at least 30 days before settlement or judgment, or if accessible on the internet 30 days or more before settlement or judgment in counties with internet-accessible liens.

Specifies that health care provider liens (other than hospitals or ambulance services) that are not properly recorded are invalid and cannot be enforced through the cause of action in section 33-934.

Clarifies that hospital and ambulance service liens automatically provide notice to all liable parties whether or not they are specifically named in the recorded lien.
