Increases the threshold for itemized reporting of individual campaign contributions from $50 to more than $200 during an election cycle in sections 16-907 and 16-926.

Requires committees to keep records identifying contributors who give more than $200 in aggregate during the election cycle, including contribution dates and amounts.

Changes campaign finance report requirements to itemize individual contributions exceeding $200 instead of $50, while aggregating contributions of $200 or less.

Maintains all other recordkeeping and reporting requirements for committees, including segregation of funds, preservation of records for two years, and treasurer certification of reports.
