Exempts entrepreneurship programs from the mandatory review process that joint technical education district (JTED) programs and courses must undergo every five years beginning in 2020.

Programs and courses primarily devoted to teaching entrepreneurship methods and skills are not subject to compliance, quality, and eligibility reviews by the career and technical education division of the department of education.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-393 governing JTED operations, management, and program requirements.

All other JTED programs and courses remain subject to quinquennial review to ensure they meet statutory requirements and maintain funding eligibility.
