AZ SB1028

Creates a standard design requirement for all special license plates issued in Arizona after the effective date, with a three-inch square area for a logo or message and a separate message area on the plate's bottom.

Grants the Arizona Department of Transportation authority to determine the standard design and approve all logos and messages displayed on special plates.

Applies only to special plates authorized under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 28, Chapter 7, Article 12 after this section becomes effective, not to existing plates.

Establishes legislative intent to reduce confusion for law enforcement and crime witnesses by creating uniform, easily readable license plate designs across the state.
