Eliminates separate fees for deeds ($15), deeds of trust or mortgages ($25), and releases ($10), incorporating them into the base recording fees under section 11-475.

Clarifies that special recording surcharges under the document storage and retrieval conversion and maintenance fund and real estate transfer fees are included in the amounts charged under section 11-475.

Modifies mining claim affidavit fees to require $5 per affidavit, with $4 forwarded to the state general fund and $1 retained by the county.
