Amends Arizona law to allow county treasurers to post property tax notices either in newspapers OR on county agency websites as alternatives to newspaper publication alone.

Modifies section 42-18051 to permit treasurers to post tax notices on agency websites for four consecutive weeks instead of requiring newspaper publication.

Updates section 42-18109 to allow posting of delinquent property tax sale lists and notices on county treasurer websites or websites hosting legal notices from multiple Arizona newspapers, rather than requiring newspaper publication exclusively.

Maintains all existing notice content requirements and timing provisions while expanding the acceptable methods of public notice from traditional newspaper publication to include digital posting on agency websites.
