• Appropriates $2,500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2017-2018 to the secretary of state to reimburse counties for expenses related to special primary and special general elections for Arizona's congressional district 8.

• Authorizes reimbursement for county costs including printing ballots and election materials, compensation for election and tally board officers, and other administration expenses for the special elections.
