Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 14-5107 to correct grammar regarding military members who are parents or guardians of minor children or wards.

Changes "have" to "has" in the statute describing powers that a military member parent or guardian may delegate to another person.

Allows military members to delegate parental or guardianship powers for up to one year, excluding the power to consent to marriage or adoption.

Applies to active duty members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines, as well as reserve or National Guard members engaged in official duties under federal law.
