Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-361 regarding evening and night schools established by school district governing boards.

Changes terminology from "children" to "persons" when describing the primary age group eligible for admission to evening or night schools.

Maintains admission eligibility for persons between 14 and 21 years of age to evening and night schools.

Preserves existing provisions that persons over 21 years of age may only attend upon payment of tuition as provided by law.

Makes no changes to the authority of school district governing boards to establish evening or night schools when deemed necessary or convenient.
