Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-118 to authorize courts to accept credit cards, debit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, and other approved payment methods for court payments including filing fees, bonds, fines, penalties, and restitution.

Allows courts to impose a convenience fee on payments made through these methods.

Defines "convenience fee" as an additional fee imposed by the court or its authorized agent for accepting alternative payment methods.
