Amends A.R.S. § 44-309 to require the department to publish notices on social media, radio, or other broadcast means in addition to newspapers to inform the public about abandoned property.

Requires the department to publish annually on its unclaimed property website the estimated total dollar amount of unclaimed property.

Amends A.R.S. § 44-317 to extend the deadline for filing claims for unclaimed property to 35 years after the final day of the fiscal year the department receives the property, superseding any shorter statutes of limitations.

Applies the changes retroactively to December 31, 2017.
