Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-3413 regarding traffic survival school licenses.

Requires applicants who own 20 percent or more of an entity seeking traffic school licensure to provide a valid fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to Section 41-1758.03.

Makes technical correction to standardize terminology by changing "per cent" to "percent" in the statutory language.

Clarifies that fingerprint clearance cards must be provided to either the department or a contracted private entity of the department pursuant to Section 28-3411.
