Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-171 concerning publication of tax court decisions.

Changes the language from "the court finds" to "it finds" to clarify that tax court decisions of general public interest shall be published.

Excludes decisions relating to ad valorem property tax from the publication requirement.

Requires publication and distribution of selected tax court decisions to follow the same procedures as Arizona Supreme Court opinions.
