Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2204 regarding the crime of defrauding secured creditors.

Maintains the offense definition: knowingly destroying, removing, concealing, encumbering, converting, selling, obtaining, transferring, controlling or otherwise dealing with property subject to a security interest with intent to hinder or prevent enforcement of that interest.

Classifies defrauding secured creditors as a class 6 felony.

Defines "control" for purposes of this section to have the same meaning as prescribed by section 13-1801.

Restructures subsection designations from subsections B and C to subsections B and C (technical correction to previous numbering).
