Requires paid circulators of referendum, initiative, and recall petitions to identify themselves as paid circulators on the petition form by signing or checking the appropriate line before circulating for signatures.

Mandates that petition sheets display a statement in capital letters in at least 12-point bold type stating whether the circulator is being paid or is a volunteer.

Voids and invalidates any signatures obtained in violation of the paid circulator disclosure requirements, but does not invalidate other signatures on the same petition sheet.

Applies the paid circulator disclosure requirements uniformly across referendum petitions (A.R.S. § 19-101), initiative petitions (A.R.S. § 19-102), and recall petitions (A.R.S. § 19-204).
