AZ SB1129

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-411 to require county boards of supervisors to designate voting centers on university and community college campuses in consultation with the Arizona Board of Regents, student government organizations, and community college district governing boards.

Requires a minimum number of voting centers based on campus enrollment: 1 center for campuses with 10,000 or fewer students; 2 for 10,001-19,999 students; 3 for 20,000-39,999 students; 4 for 40,000-49,999 students; 5 for 50,000-59,999 students; and 6 for 60,000 or more students.

Campus voting centers must be available during the early voting period and on election day, allowing any county voter to receive the appropriate ballot and cast their vote.

Maintains existing provisions regarding polling place designation, electioneering restrictions, and requirements for school facilities to serve as polling places.
