Repeals section 41-3018.03 and adds section 41-3026.03 to Arizona Revised Statutes, restructuring the Arizona beef council framework.

Establishes that the Arizona beef council terminates on July 1, 2026, with all related statutes repealed on January 1, 2027.

Continues the Arizona beef council as a self-financed program to market, develop, and expand state, national, and foreign markets for Arizona beef and beef products.

Effective retroactively from July 1, 2018 for the repeal and new section provisions.
