Amends Laws 2015, Chapter 188, Section 1 to extend the deadline for the Study Committee on Private Land Acquisition to submit its report from December 31, 2017 to December 31, 2019.

Extends the repeal date of the study committee from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2020, allowing the committee to continue operating for two additional years.

Maintains the committee's composition of 3 Senate members, 3 House members, and 1 county assessor appointed by legislative leadership.

Preserves the committee's duties to examine government acquisition of private property, assess economic impacts, and identify processes to acquire property without reducing local tax bases.
