Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 49-766 regarding agricultural landfills and solid waste disposal requirements.

Removes the requirement for single-family farm residences to submit landfill information to the "local" board of supervisors, clarifying the submission requirement applies to the board of supervisors generally.

Maintains existing restrictions that agricultural landfills cannot accept household waste, household hazardous waste, or conditionally exempt small generator waste.

Requires landfill operators to comply with floodplain and wetland provisions and ensure the landfill does not create an environmental nuisance.

Applies to farm or ranch properties of at least 40 acres in unincorporated areas with notice requirements within 30 days of beginning solid waste disposal.
