Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-351 to modify wage payment requirements for school district employees and employee leasing firms that contract with school districts.

Allows school districts and employee leasing firms contracting with school districts to withhold wages for up to seven business days during their normal two-week payroll processing cycle, instead of the standard five-day limit for other employers.

Extends the wage payment deadline to ten days after the end of a pay period for employers with centralized payroll systems located outside Arizona.

Adds definitions and provisions clarifying that employee leasing firm wage payment rules apply only to employees placed at school districts, not to other employees of the leasing firm.

Classifies violations of wage payment requirements as a petty offense.
