Prohibits psychotherapists from providing conversion therapy to minors under age 18, regardless of consent from the minor or parent/legal guardian, with violations subject to disciplinary action by health profession regulatory boards.

Defines conversion therapy as any practice or treatment seeking to change sexual orientation or gender identity, including practices targeting behaviors, gender expressions, or same-sex attractions or romantic feelings.

Excludes from the definition assistance provided during gender transition and neutral interventions that provide acceptance, support, understanding, coping mechanisms, identity exploration, or address unlawful conduct without seeking to change sexual orientation or gender identity.

Applies the prohibition to psychiatrists licensed under chapter 13, homeopathic physicians licensed under chapter 29, psychologists licensed under chapter 19.1, and behavioral health professionals licensed under chapter 33 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
