Amends Section 27-423 of the Arizona Revised Statutes concerning tracks, roadbeds, and roadways in mining operations.

Changes the term "haulageways" to "haulage ways" (two words) in subsection A relating to tracks, roadbeds, rails, joints, switches and frogs.

Maintains existing requirements that haulage infrastructure be constructed, installed, and maintained consistently with the speed and type of haulage operations being conducted.

Preserves existing standards for truck haulage roadways, including berms, to be constructed and maintained with regard for safety and consistency with operational equipment and speed.
