Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1821.01 to modify requirements for dual enrollment programs allowing community college courses to be offered at high schools during the school day.

Changes admission language from requiring students to meet specific class status requirements (juniors/seniors) to allowing community colleges to admit students under their own adopted policies.

Removes the previous provision allowing community colleges to waive class status requirements for up to 25% of students with written justification and annual reporting to the legislative budget committee.

Maintains requirements that courses must be college-approved, transferable to universities or applicable to occupational programs, and that faculty must meet established standards with ongoing professional development.

Retains the requirement that pupils be full-time high school students before enrolling in dual enrollment courses, with an exception for high school seniors who have met graduation requirements.
