Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-493 to expand the definition of "sample" for drug testing purposes to include eye movement data collected using software on electronic devices.

Allows employers to use eye movement analysis as an additional testing method alongside traditional samples such as urine, blood, breath, saliva, and hair.

Applies to drug testing of both prospective employees and current employees in Arizona.

Does not change existing definitions or procedures for "good faith," "impairment," "safety-sensitive positions," or other drug testing requirements in Arizona employment law.
