Appropriates $1,500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Department of Economic Security for a statewide information and referral service.

Service shall provide information and referrals for health care services, community services, human services, and governmental services.

Department may provide the service directly or contract with a private entity to deliver it.

Service must use 2-1-1 three-digit dialing access for the public to reach the service.

Service provider must be accredited through a national alliance relating to information and referral systems.
