Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-1302, which protects the right to work and free choice regarding labor organization membership.

Changes the article heading of Title 23, Chapter 8, Article 1 from "RIGHT TO WORK" to "GENERAL PROVISIONS."

Removes the protection against employer retaliation for exercising free choice with respect to nonmembership in a labor organization from the list of grounds for wrongful termination claims in Section 23-1501.

Renumbers subsequent retaliation provisions in Section 23-1501 to account for the deletion of the labor organization protections.

Takes effect only if Arizona voters approve a constitutional amendment repealing Article XXV of the Arizona Constitution relating to the right to work.
