AZ SB1230

Requires public entities and private entities to include at least one baby diaper changing station when constructing new restrooms or substantially renovating existing restrooms in public buildings or places of public accommodation.

Defines "substantially renovates" as construction that costs at least $10,000.

Applies to buildings constructed wholly or partially with public monies ("public buildings") and incorporates existing definitions of "public entity" and "private entity" from section 41-1492.

Does not create a private right of action for violations of this requirement.
