Establishes June 2 as "Native American Day," a new state holiday in Arizona, effective immediately.

Renumbers existing holidays in Arizona Revised Statutes section 1-301 to accommodate the addition of Native American Day as item 7 in the holiday enumeration.

Provides that when Native American Day (June 2) falls on a day other than Sunday, the following Sunday shall be observed as the holiday.

Declares that Native American Day commemorates the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924, enacted June 2, 1924, and honors Native American contributions and endurance in Arizona and the United States.
