Appropriates $1,500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the governor's office on tribal relations for distribution to the Diné college board of regents.

Funds designated for remedial education of students who graduated from Arizona public high schools and are enrolled in classes at Diné college campuses located in Arizona.

Requires the governor's office on tribal relations to enter into an agreement with the Diné college board of regents before distributing funds.

Diné college board of regents must submit a report analyzing course completion rates for students who received remedial education during the 2018-2019 academic year by October 15, 2019.

Report must be submitted to the governor, speaker of the house of representatives, president of the senate, and secretary of state.
