Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2504 regarding escape in the first degree to add reference to "juvenile secure care facility" among facilities from which escape is prohibited.

Defines escape in the first degree as knowingly escaping or attempting to escape from custody, a juvenile secure care facility, a juvenile detention facility, or an adult correctional facility by using or threatening physical force or a deadly weapon/dangerous instrument.

Classifies escape in the first degree as a class 4 felony with sentences that must run consecutively to any imprisonment sentence, secure care facility confinement, or term of community supervision including probation, parole, work furlough, or other release.

Adds clarifying language that consecutive sentences apply to confinement in a secure care facility in addition to existing references to imprisonment and community supervision.
