Adds a new Class Six property classification for primary residences owned by individuals who qualify for property valuation protection under Arizona Constitution Article IX, Section 18(7).

Allows homesite classification under this paragraph to include up to 10 acres on a single parcel where the residential improvement is located.

Permits 10 to 40 acres on a single parcel if the property is zoned exclusively for residential purposes or contains legal/physical restrictions preventing parcel division.

Restricts qualification to individuals with no legal, equitable, beneficial or security interest in any other real property, except indirect investment through securities like mutual funds.

Officially designates Section 42-12006 as the "Senior Citizen and Veteran Tax Relief Act."
