Amends Section 8-453 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the Department of Child Safety (DCS) powers and duties.

Requires the DCS director to include in all contracts with child service providers a mandatory requirement that the provider and every employee with child contact receive training in sexual abuse identification and intervention.

Establishes this sexual abuse training requirement as a condition for contracting with the department to provide services to children.

Applies to all service providers and their employees who have direct contact with children through department contracts.
