Establishes task force on the prevention of sexual abuse of children within the Department of Education to create and implement a model curriculum for kindergarten through grade 12 students and training guidelines for school districts and charter schools.

Task force membership includes two state senators, two house representatives, directors or designees from Department of Child Safety, Department of Health Services, and Superintendent of Public Instruction, a law enforcement representative, and representatives from a statewide teachers' organization and school district governing boards organization.

Model curriculum must be age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, include professional training for school staff on preventing and reporting child sexual abuse, encourage parental involvement, and allow flexibility in how schools implement the program.

Task force must submit written report with findings and adopted model curriculum to the governor, legislature, and secretary of state by December 1, 2018.

Task force is automatically repealed September 30, 2019, and the bill is titled "Jenna's Law."
