Prohibits tanning facility operators and employees from allowing persons under 18 years of age to use tanning devices, and requires customers to present government-issued photo identification proving they are at least 18 years old.

Requires tanning facilities to post a conspicuous sign stating that it is unlawful to allow minors under 18 to use tanning devices.

Mandates tanning facilities maintain customer records for at least two years including name, age, date/time of use, duration of use, and any known injuries or illnesses resulting from tanning device use.

Prohibits tanning facilities from advertising or distributing promotional materials that claim using tanning devices is safe, free from risk, or will result in medical or health benefits.

Does not restrict individuals from using tanning devices for personal use in their own private residences and does not apply to phototherapy devices used for medical treatment under physician supervision.
