Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-182 to add oversight duties for the state board for charter schools regarding profit distributions.

Requires the state board for charter schools to annually monitor and approve or disapprove any profit distribution by a charter school that exceeds the charter school's net profit, with the approval or disapproval process conducted in an open meeting.

Directs the state board to evaluate distributions drawn on a charter school owner's equity against the owner's fiscal position based on financial performance recommendations established by the board.

Makes technical corrections to existing statute language, including changing "per cent" to "percent" and "two year" to "two-year" and "four year" to "four-year."
