Requires audits of charter schools to include examination of compensation for noninstructional personnel in administrative or ownership positions, with documentation justifying total compensation received including all methods of compensation.

Mandates charter school administrator compensation be compared to similar personnel in public school districts with fewer than 1,000 pupils for charter schools with fewer than 600 students, or to districts with no more than 50% more students than the charter school for all others.

Requires all charter school financial information reported under state law to be shared with and monitored by the Arizona Auditor General.
