Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-181 to require charter schools and related organizations to comply with Arizona's open meeting law (title 38, chapter 3, article 3.1).

Requires charter schools to post notices of public meetings, agendas, and minutes prominently on both the charter school's website and the state board for charter schools' website.

Mandates compliance with Arizona's public records law (title 39, chapter 1) by charter schools, governing bodies, sponsors, holders, operators, corporate boards, and management organizations.

Requires public records to be prominently posted on both the charter school's website and the state board for charter schools' website.
