Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-5801 to remove the requirement that vehicle license tax bills show taxpayers the amount they would pay if their vehicle were powered by alternative fuel.

Repeals section 28-5805, which previously established a separate vehicle license tax classification for vehicles powered by alternative fuel.

Modifies section 28-5808 by removing references to section 28-5805 in the vehicle license tax distribution provisions.

Eliminates the alternative fuel vehicle tax classification system, consolidating all vehicles under a single vehicle license tax structure based on vehicle value and type.
