Appropriates $8,314,400 and 131 full-time equivalent (FTE) positions from the state general fund to the Department of Revenue for fiscal year 2018-2019.

Creates new tax audit and compliance positions including 2 corporate income tax audit managers, 28 corporate income tax auditors, 2 transaction privilege tax audit managers, 28 transaction privilege tax auditors, 2 tax license compliance staff managers, and 18 compliance staff members.

Adds 40 tax collectors and 11 support staff members to enhance revenue collection and compliance operations.

Prohibits transfer of appropriated funds to other budget programs and requires the Department of Revenue to report by December 1, 2018 and 2019 on tax revenues collected attributable to each FTE position.

Establishes legislative intent that additional audit, compliance, collection and support staff will strengthen the integrity of Arizona's tax system.
