Adds bump-fire devices, trigger cranks, and similar attachments to the list of prohibited weapons in Arizona law.

Defines prohibited devices as any part, combination of parts, component, device, attachment or accessory designed to accelerate the rate of fire of a semiautomatic rifle without converting it to a machine gun.

Uses federal law definitions for "machine gun" (26 U.S.C. § 5845(b)) and "semiautomatic rifle" (18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(28)) as references.

Maintains existing exemptions for federally compliant firearms and devices possessed, manufactured or transferred in compliance with federal law.
