Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-113 to remove provisions establishing a border security trust fund and related administrative requirements for collecting and managing monies for border fence construction and maintenance.

Eliminates subsections requiring the state treasurer to administer a trust fund for border security purposes, accept deposits, invest monies, and maintain separate accounting of trust funds.

Removes language requiring the Joint Border Security Advisory Committee to submit monthly written reports to legislative leadership and the governor.

Restructures the statute by renumbering subsections and removing obsolete trust fund provisions while maintaining the framework for the Joint Border Security Advisory Committee and governor's authority to enter interstate border security compacts.

Maintains the committee's sunset provision set for July 1, 2020 under section 41-3103.
