Adds Arizona Revised Statutes chapter 19.1 establishing regulations for limited service pregnancy centers.

Requires any ultrasound performed on a pregnant woman at a limited service pregnancy center to be performed by a licensed or certified health care provider whose scope of practice includes performing ultrasounds.

Defines "limited service pregnancy center" as an organization providing pregnancy counseling or information for a fee or free of charge that does not perform abortions, make abortion referrals, and is not licensed or certified by the state or federal government to provide medical or health care services.

Excludes hospitals, abortion clinics, family planning clinics, health care providers, and organizations that perform abortions or provide contraception or abortion/contraception referrals from the definition of limited service pregnancy centers.
