Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1606 to restrict the Arizona State Board of Nursing's authority over scope of practice rules.

Prohibits the board from adopting rules that decide scope of practice relating to abortion as defined in section 36-2151.

Specifically removes the board's authority to establish rules for acts that may be performed by registered nurse practitioners or certified nurse midwives regarding abortion procedures.

Maintains all other board powers and duties related to nursing regulation, licensure, education, and discipline.
