Repeals the prohibition on requiring foster parents to immunize their natural or adoptive children as a condition of foster home licensure (removes former subsection I).

Allows licensees to modify their foster home license renewal date by submitting an application to the department, with the new date occurring no more than 6 months before the existing renewal date.

Maintains existing requirements for foster home licensing including completion of 6 hours of initial training and 12 hours of ongoing training during the 2-year licensing period.

Retains fingerprint clearance card requirements and criminal history certifications for foster parents and adult household members.
