Prohibits state employees, political subdivisions, and law enforcement agencies from knowingly assisting federal law enforcement in investigating, detaining, or prosecuting individuals for medical marijuana use, possession, distribution, manufacturing, or cultivation that is authorized under Arizona law (Title 36, Chapter 28.1).

Bars the use of state assets, state monies, or monies allocated to political subdivisions from being used to aid federal law enforcement or their service contractors in prosecuting authorized medical marijuana activities under Arizona law.

Defines "law enforcement agency" as the Arizona Department of Public Safety, county sheriff departments, and municipal police departments.

Applies to state employees and agents acting in their official capacity as well as political subdivisions of the state.
